Nancy Jo Rice, 72, of Wintersville, OH passed away on April 20, 2024 at Valley Hospice Care Center North. Nancy was born on June 21, 1951 to the late Dennis and Josephine (Raggets) Hanks. She is survived by her son James (Cindy) Rice Jr., one granddaughters Rebecca (Jared) Blankenship, nieces Jessie Wood and Aidrenne (Brad) Dorsey, Great nephew Levi Wood and one sister Geri Wood. There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
