Nancy Elaine Cutlip

Nancy Elaine Cutlip 71, of Wintersville Ohio passed away on February 2, 2024.  She was born on December 3,1952 in Steubenville , Ohio to George Lindy and Shirley Elaine (Mills) Miles.  She is survived by 2 children. Lori (Robert JR.) Hart of Toronto and Jason Blackburn Steubenville,  her spouse  BJ Pasco.   four grandchildren , Adam (Wynnonah Lowther) Blackburn Steubenville , Jacob (Chesie) Blackburn of Wintersville , Marlana (Thomas Tennant) Hart of Weirton , Robert (Robert M.) Hart of Steubenville.  Also survived by seven grandchildren Mia, Junior, Cedric, Ashanti, Jordyn, Hayden, LiLi, one sister Ranel (Lynn) Stovall of Akron, one brother Bryan (Dawn) Miles.

Viewing and services  will be on Tuesday February 6, from 1 pm to 5 pm.  Service will be at 1 pm with Rev. Susan Clegg officiating at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct. OH.
