Michael Allen Mills

Michael Allen Mills, 43, of Steubenville, OH passed away on October 30, 2025 unexpectedly while at work.  He was born on June 4, 1982 to the late Jesse and Audrey (Jackson) Mills.  

Michael was a graduate of Edison Local and love to work on Vehicles.  He is survived by his daughter Haylie Mills and boyfriend Evan Byers of Cadiz, OH, three grandchildren Evelyn, Tatum, and Evan, five siblings Pam (Michael Keras) Mills of Steubenville, Deborah (David) Russell of Steubenville, Donald Dewess of Steubenville, Donna Dewess of North Carolina, and Audrey Wilson of Weirton.
