Michael Joseph Hess

Michael Joseph Hess, 64, of Powhatan Point, OH, passed away on November 12, 2023 at home.  He was born on June 16, 1959 to the late Earl and Etta Mae (Baker) Hess.  He was a bike, Furniture, and whatever else needed to be assembled at Walmart in Moundsville, WV. Michael loved the American colors white signifies Purity and innocence; red, hardiness and valor; and blue signifies vigilance, perseverance, and justice. Survived by sister Cindy Disalvio of Powhatan Point, OH, two nieces Janelle McLeod, Stephanie Works and one nephie  Gerard "Jerry" Olinski, two great nieces and two great nephews, one aunt Peggy (Ken) Eimer of Martins Ferry.   Friends will be received on Wednesday November 15, 2023 from 4- 7 pm at Amity Methodist Church 53445 Steinersville Rd, Powhatan Point, OH 43942 Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
