68, of Smithfield, OH passed away on May 11, 2020 at home.
She was born on July 18,1951 in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Thomas C. and Peggie Gibbs. She is survived by her husband William “Bill” Brumback of 50 years. Two daughters Andrea (George) Pflugh and Theresa (Jeff)
Neilly, Son- Richard (Kim Lachendro) Brumback. One sister Jeanne (David) Anderson and one brother Thomas (Lynda) Gibbs Jr., five grandchildren Corey Brumback, Rian Trekal, Allison Trekal, Lexi Neilly, Logan Neilly.
