Kitty Cyndi Irene (Kinney) Hoagland, 69, of Steubenville, OH passed away at home on March 16, 2018. She was born on February 14, 1949 to the late Clearance and Iva (Kernen) Kinney.
She worked fro Walmart as a produce manager for many years.
She was preceded in death by 10 siblings.
She is survived by her son Shawn Allen Hoagland, and one grand son William "Chip" Wesley Hoagland.
Services will be on Tuesday March 20, 2018 at Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave. Mingo Jct., from 2-6 pm with services at 5 pm with Pastor John Ater officiating.
