Kenneth Leroy Moyers

Kenneth Leroy Moyers, 74, of Steubenville, OH passed away on January 17, 2021 at Valley Hospice in Steubenville.  Kenneth served in the U.S. Army for 33 years, he enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and his occupation was a master mechanic. He was born on July 9, 1946 to the late William Moyers and Rachel (Walters) Royal.   He was preceded in death by Step son John E.D. Brown, and one grandson Matthew A. Hunter.  He is survived by his wife Della Moyers of Weirton, WV, five step children Bernard James Brown of Steubenville, Tracy (Paul) Oiler of Wintersville, Tammy  Brown and James Raley of Parris, PA,  Patrick (Jamie) Brown of Bedfore, OH and Judy Ann (Jeff) Eckelberry of Cadiz, 17 step grand children of three they raised Desiree Brown of Steubenville, Johnathan Brown of New Mexico, and Patrick Brown Jr., of Pittsburgh, Pa, one sister Joanne Schrader of Lowellville, and a brother Joe Royal of Toronto.  A Memorial Service is planed for Saturday January 23, 2021 at Hopedale American Legion at 2 pm. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
