Kay Lynn Dylewski, 71, of Steubenville, OH passed away with her son and newly daughter in law by her side. Kay was born on February 25, 1952 in Steubenville, OH Daughter of the late John and Frances (Mihalek) Spicer. Kay is also preceded in death by her husband James Dylewski, and her son Justin John Dylewski. Kay loved her cats and dogs and loved her boys the most. Kay is survived by her son Josh (Colleen) Dylewski of Steubenville, and one sister Mary Frances Luckel. There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
