Kathryn Louise (Harris) Heffron

Kathryn Louise Heffron, 78, of Wheeling, WV, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at home surrounded by close family and friends after a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.  She was a graduate of Triadelphia High School, and Married her high school sweetheart.  She was a homemaker, and during her final years loved delivering newspapers to her wonderful customers for Wheeling Intel.

She was born on July 12th, 1945 to the late Layton and Hazel (Birkett) Harris. She is also preceded in death by her brother Layton "Lynn" Harris.  She Leaves behind the love of her life of 60 years, Elwood Charles Heffron, her four children, Jeffrey Scott (Rachel) Heffron of Farrell, PA,  Lori Burkhart (David McCumber) Gaston, SC, Diane Workman (Tim Fletcher) of Wheeling, Tiffany (Jason) Conner of Proctor, WV, 10 grandchildren Ian, Aaron, Ivye Heffron, Anthony and Rebecca Burkhart, Heidi (Richard) Yoho, Timmy Fletcher, Austin and Bradden Ratliff (Jadah) and Allie Conner, six great grandchildren Cooper, Ryden, Renleigh, Raelah, Bentley, and Olivia. A celebration of Life picnic will take place on July 13th 2024 at 1 pm at an Oglebay Shelter. In Lieu of Flowers Donations can be made to Tiffany Conner and sent to 1178 Graysville Rd.
