Kathelene Joyce Skaggs, 69, of Mingo Jct.,, OH passed away on July 21, 2026 to the late Woodrow Skaggs and also preceded in death by George Sogan her lifetime love of 40 years.
She is surviving Isabell (Metz) Husband James Taylor. She is also survived by one sister Karen (David) Bowling of London, OH, granddaughter Ashlee & Brock Voss & family, Cheyenne, Kyleigh, & Lucas. .
A celebration of life services will be on October 16, 2026 at the Schtuzen Club 642 Commercial St. Mingo Junction, OH 43938 at 2 pm. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
