Justin Andrew Cowgar

Justin Andrew Cowgar, 33, of Steubenville, OH, fought bravely but passed away on May 14, 2025, at Select Specialty Hospital in Weirton, surrounded by love. Born on May 11, 1992, Justin was the beloved son of Kim (Forcone) Cowgar and Gary Cowgar.

Those who knew Justin best will remember his quiet kindness, fun sense of humor and his love of computers, gaming and reading. He will be missed by all, including extended family, close friends and his two cats, Houdini and Joy.

He is also survived by his half-brother Logan Cowgar and half-sister Aliyah (Cowgar) Nance.
