Joyce Ann Davis, 59, of Steubenville, OH formally of Tiltonsville, OH died February 3, 2016 at Lifeline Hospital. Joyce was born on February 12, 1956 to the late William Lee and Mary Ann (Burch) Haggerty. She is survived by one son Richard (Echo) Davis, one sister Patty Summers, and one brother Bill Haggerty, one grand son Conner Scott, and two nieces Janelle, and Jacque Windsheimer. Joyce's wish was to be cremated with no service observed. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
