Joshua Neil Richards, 31, of Dillonvale, OH passed away on July 30, 2024 at home unexpectedly. He was born on January 27, 1993 to his parents Daniel Rigney and Shannon (Richards) Lewis. Joshua was baptized Lutheran, by faith. He is survived by one sister Kylie Ensell of Martins Ferry, and Maternal grandparents Donald and Vicky Richards of Dillonvale, OH. There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
