Joseph Edward Scott, 66, of Bellaire, OH passed away on January 22, 2022 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born on January 9, 1956 to the late Cyril and Shirley (Campbell) Scott. Joe was a Short Bus School Bus Driver for most of his life. Joe is survived by his wife of 40 years Lois Jean (Mulley) Scott, one daughter Sunni Rae Scott and one son Jessi Scott all of Bellaire. There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
