John George Bagiackas, 66, of Smithfield, OH passed away on October 8, 2019 at Valley Hospice in Steubenville. He was born on June 18, 1953 to the late George and Lottie (Kulpa) Bagiackas. He is survived by his son Josh (Merissa) Bagiackas of Monongahela, PA, Joyce Devore Bestest friend, Brandy Bezak family friend and her kids Stevie and Shaylee Bezak. No services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
