Joan M. Gray

Joan M. Gray, 63, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away May 17, 2025, in the WVU Wheeling Hospital ICU. She was born on May 30, 1961, in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Fausto Tomeucci and the late Ramona Wenner. She was also preceded in death by her husband Perry R. Gray, her sister Teresa A. Grzybowski, and her Stepfather James D. Wenner.

A graduate of Steubenville Catholic High School, Joan was known by friends and family for her humor and kindness; always bringing a smile and laughter to those who needed it most. She was a loving sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend. Her most cherished blessing in life was her family.

She is survived in life by her two brothers: Frank Tomeucci of Toronto, OH. and Mark (Johnna) Tomeucci of Stafford, VA., two children: Jeramie Gray of Steubenville, OH., Roni (Tenesha) Gray of Martins Ferry, OH., as well as her six grandchildren and the arrival of her first great-grandchild. Per her request, no funeral services will be held at this time, she will be cremated and a memorial gathering will be held at a later date to celebrate her vibrant life and legacy.
