Jeffery Allen Tozer, 56, of Bridgeport, OH passed away on July 28, 2026 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born on February 15, 1970 to the late John and Ruth Lance. He is also preceded in death by one brother Richard Tozer. Jeffery worked at several different place in his life each one more extraordinary then the last. He is survived by his sister Lisa Petschauer of Martins Ferry and brother Richad (Marty) Tozer of Bridgeport. There will be no services at this time.
