Jean Oliver, 69, of Rayland, OH passed away on September 16, 2021 at Valley Hospice Care Center West. She was born on September 28, 1951 to the late Elza and Shirley May (Young) Burge. She was an only child, and worked for Weirton Steel. She is survived by her husband William "Bill" Oliver and her dog Drummer. There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
