Janet Kay Loughner, 54, of Rayland, OH passed away on January 3, 2021 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV. She was born on October 30, 1966 to the late Joseph and Eva (Snyder) Sempkowski. Janet enjoyed spending time with family and liked to craft , and go camping especially being outdoors. She is survived by her husband Daniel Loughner of Missouri, one son Anthony (Fiance' Jeanna Scarapino) Snyder of Steubenville, two brothers Robert "Bob" (Mary) Sempkowski of Texas, Joseph "Joey" Sempkowski of Rayland, one niece Gabrielle (Jake) Wertz of Texas, one nephew Bob Sempkowski Jr of Texas.
