James Alan Starkey

James Alan Starkey, 66, of Mingo Jct., OH passed away on January 14, 2020 at Trinity West. He was born on January  21, 1953 to the late Vernon Lawrence and Francis Lemon (Smith) Starkey.  He was also preceded in death by a brother Don Rouse, and a sister in law Donna Starkey, He was a veteran serving for  6 years in the U.S.. Navy, and a graduate of Mingo High School.  He is survived by two brothers Vernon "Larry" Starkey of Mingo Jct., and Gary (Tina) Starkey of Mingo Jct., and one sister Mary Francis Hickle of Mingo Jct, Beloved cat Grrrr. There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
