James Charles Snider, 58, of Wintersville, OH, passed away on November 18, 2019 at home. He was born on January 2, 1961 in Steubenville, to James Fredrick Snider and the late Constance Lee (Cooper) Snider. He was a Operable Wall Technician. He is survived by wife Sherry Riggott-Snider, one daughter Amanda Wakeley of New York, and Step son Kyle Riggott. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
