James Michael Ruggiero, 69, of Steubenville, OH passed away on November 11, 2019. He was born on June 10, 1950 to the late Michael and Anna Mae (Adams) Ruggiero. He is survived by his wife Patricia Lynn (Illig) Ruggiero, two daughters Gwendolen Marie (Dewey) Landers of Germany, and Valerie Lynn Hayden of Canel Winchester, ten grandchildren Chase, Chris, Tyler, Zachary, Matthew, Little Valerie, Michael, Mia, Micheal, and Marlon. There will be no services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home assisting the family.
