James Thomas Marquis

James Thomas Marquis, 76, of Steubenville, OH passed away on August 11, 2020 at Sienna Woods, Wintersville. He was born on July 30, 1944 to the late Donald and Margaret K. (Smith) Marquis.  James was an avid fisherman, worked in the oil wells, loved music, played guitar, and served his country in the U.S. Army.  He was also preceded in death by his sister Sheryl McDonough. He is survived by two children Brian K. Marquis of Columbus, OH, Ronald D. Marquis of Nevada, five siblings Robert (Gail) Marquis of Ontario Canada, Donna (Thomas)Joyce  of Steubenville, John (Denice) Whitehead of Ocala, FL, Heather (Charles Jordon) Whitehead, of Rayland, Crystal (Ernesto) Serta of Laos, S. Korea.  There will no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
