James Alfred Kelley, 71, passed away on February 1, 2022 at home. He was born on May 12, 1950 to the late Prosper Edward Jr. and Dolores Regina (Stephens) Kelley. He is survived by his wife Deborah Lynn (Everhart) Kelley, two children Bernice Kelley and James Kelley Jr. both of Steubenville, two grandchildren Noah Kelley and David James Kelley. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
