James Randall Donley,56, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on December 25, 2016 at home. He was born on September 26, 1960 to the late James Edward Donley and surviving Shirley Cecilia (Pack) Donley. He is survived by his son Alexander Donley of Adena, OH, sisters Sue Salvaterra of Canton, OH, Christine (Bert) Snedeker of Martins Ferry, Rhonda Marsh of Wheeling, and eight nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at St. Michael's Catholic Church 1225 National Rd. Wheeling, WV, on Monday January 2, 2017 at 2 pm for a funeral mass with Msgr. Jeremiah McSweeney, celebrant. Schuetz Funeral Home Mingo Junction, OH is assisting the family.
