James Robert Agnew Jr., 77, of Steubenville, OH passed away on October 16, 2024 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born on July 21, 1947 to the late James Robert and Mary (Connelly) Agnew. James worked for Center Foundry in Wheeling, WV as a Pittman. He leaves behind his wife of years Stephanie Lillian (Young) Agnew, one step daughter Caprice Scardina-Pennar, two step grandsons Nickolas and Joseph, and three step great grandchildren Leo, Ema, and Silvia.
