James LeRoy Adkins, 85, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on June 15, 2025 at home. He was born on January 10, 1940 in Marion, OH. He served in the U.S. Army from 1959- 1965 during the Korean conflict 3rd Armor Division. He is survived by his wife Linda (Cumbridge) Adkins.
