Howard William Powley, 59, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on April 15,2024 at UPMC Presby. He was born on June 27, 1964 to the late Robert and Marilyn (Hill) Powley. He is also preceded in death by his brother Robert Powley and sister Cheryl Wilson. He is survived by siblings Daniel (Bethan) Powley of Steubenville, and Beth Ann Powley of Steubenville. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
