Howard L. Cunningham, 84, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on March 19, 2020. He was born on April 6, 1935 to the late Robert L. and Lauretta E. (Jackson) Cunningham. He worked for the City of Wheeling on the Street Dept. He is survived by his son Howard Cunningham Jr, two daughters Lynnette Gilliam, Loretta Cunningham.
