Hershell Elwood Wells, 66, of Steubenville,OH died Wednesday November 26, 2014 at Trinity West in Steubenville. He was born January 23, 1948 to the late Woodrow S. Wells Sr. and Lucille Catherine (Eddy) Wells. He is survived by his significant other Marcia Barnhart of Steubenville, one brother Woody Wells of Toronto, and two step grandchildren Jayme and Haylie Barnhart. No service will be observed.
