Herbert Blankenship Jr. died February 27, 2025 at WVU Reynolds Memorial Hospital. Herb was born on November 10, 1966. He was a father brother and son. HERB is SURVIVED BY HIS MOTHER.TWO SISTERS. A BROTHER AND HIS CHILDREN and Was Preceded by his father, brother and four sisters. THIS WAS AN unexpected tragedy.
