Harold Andrew Richards, 64 of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Thursday April 9,2026.
Harold was born. July 5, 1961 to Harriet Davis and David Richards in Mingo Jct. Ohio.
Harold was survived by wife of 29 yrs, Bernice K. Richards, two daughters, Karen and Tina, Stepson, Joseph Pahides. His sister Jessie Giles, brother James Richards and wife Connie and brother Howard Richards.
He was proceeded in death by his mother, Harriet Davis, father David Richards, sisters Deb Evans and Donna Fustel.
Harald will be cremated and a celebration of Life will be held on his birthday, July 5. 2026 at Jim Woods Park from 2pm to 6 pm.
All friends and family are welcomed to come share in the celebration of this wonderful man's life.
