Fred Melvin "Turby" Roman Jr., 60, of Steubenville, OH passed away on July 29, 2020. He was born on February 22, 1960 to the late Fred Melvin and Rayvonna (Burton) Roman. He is survived by three children Fred Melvin Roman III of Steubenville, John Roman of Richmond, and Scott (Kelsey) Roman of Steubenville, seven grandchildren Jamin, Myah, Jacob, Braylynn, Adriayna, Nyklaus, Kylon, two sisters Marlene (Danny) Jean Rascoe of Steubenville, Deborah (Charles) Haese of Amsterdam, two brothers Gary Roman and John Roman of Richmond. There will be no services at this time. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
