Francine Olivia Skidmore

Francine Olivia Skidmore 50,  of Martins Ferry, OH passed away January 10, 2021 at Wheeling Hospital surrounded by family.  She's the daughter of the late Frank and Joan (Sutton) Skidmore. She was preceded in death by a daughter Abigail Gibson and brother Rod Hale.  She is survived by son Seth Gibson of Texas and Devon and Brandon Ankney along with their father Edward Ankney of Randolf, OH.  Sisters Cindi Blodgett and Penny (Jody) Thoburn of Bridgeport OH, Becky (Hale) Billingsley and Jennifer (Ernie) Staton of Mooresville N. Carolina,  Sister in law Tara Hale and close friend of nearly 40 years Pamela Ray. There will be private service at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Brookside, OH. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
