Eva Ann Kitchen, 59, of Wheeling passed away at Liza's Place on October 31, 2017. She was born on October 10, 1958 to her late father and mother Cora (Resseger) Kitchen.
She is survived by two children Richard Nice Jr. of Wheeling and Julia (Michael) Bass of Wheeling, two brothers Harvey Kitchen and Ed Gallaher, and sister Rosemary Resseger. Cremation has been chosen, no visitation will be observed. Scheutz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
