Ellen Linda Phillips, 67, of Shadyside, OH, passed away on May 21, 2019 at OVMC. She was born on November 27, 1951 to the late George and Ellen (Brennon) Richardson. She is survived by two children Brian Orville (Kimberly) Phillips of Wheeling, Shannon Phillips of St. Clairsville, three brothers George, Phil and Michael Richardson. Ellen will be cremated with no services observed. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
