Eleanor Flora Scott

Eleanor Flora Scott, 88, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, passed away on January 18, 2026, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on November 5, 1937, to Leonard Paschen and Virginia Kogo. Along side her father, she was raised by Lucille Paschen. Along with her parents, Eleanor is also preceded in death by her husband, William P.Scott, Sr., a sister, Mary Lynn Fragello, and a daughter, Paula D. Jenkins. Eleanor was a Church secretary for Harbor of Hope, in St. Clairsville, Ohio, until she retired.

She is survived by four children, Mark H. (Elizabeth) Jenkins of Chula Vista, CA; Leonard S. (Patsy) Jenkins of Bonita, CA; Eric C. (Patsy) Jenkins, and Shawna S. Scott of St. Clairsville, OH; three sisters, Janice McCart of McMechen, WV; Diana Jacobs of Lore City, OH; and Charlene (Joe) D’Augustine of Buffalo, NY, four grandchildren, Erica (Brandon) Kelly of Durham, NC; Jessica (Anthony) Thomas of Charleston, WV; Zander Jenkins of Chula Vista, CA; and Rachel Jenkins-Roddy of Barnesville, OH; and six great grandchildren. There will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring, and burial will be at the convenience of the family Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
