Edward Hugh Jones

Edward Hugh Jones, 71, of Yorkville, OH passed away on July 23, 2024 at Wheeling Hospital surrounded by family. He was born on July 27, 1952 to the late William and Sadie (Stanton) Jones. He's also preceded in death by his Fur Baby Bear.  He was employed by Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel for 41 years, a member of the Tiltonsville United Methodist Church, Yorkville VFW, and the Christian Motorcycle Association. He played Santa Claus for area organizations and the YTR Christmas parade for some  20 years.  He is survived by his wife  Kira Ann (Thomas) Jones, four children, Chad (Cristal) Jones of Dayton, Casey (Katrina) Jones of Mentor, OH, Jayme (Mike) Huey of Yorkville, and Bethany (Tony) Tucker of New Port Richey, Florida, seven grandchildren Nicholas  Jones, Casey  Bailey, Olivia  Jones, Ashton  Jones, Luke  Jones, Torryn  Tucker, and Sadie  Tucker, one brother Marvin (Barbara) Jones of Meridan, Idaho, Carol  Skukan of New Philadelphia, and several Nieces and nephews.
