Doris Jean (Haines) Ferrar

Doris Jean Ferrar, 70, of Yorkville, OH, passed away on June 12, 2024 peacefully at home surrounded by family. She was born on July 20, 1953 to the late Richard and Evelyn (Walters) Haines, she is also preceded in death by her son Bryan "Scotty" Oiler, and one brother Richard Haines Jr.  Doris worked at Damon's grill for many years, she enjoyed her grandchildren, especially her great granddaughter. She is survived by her only daughter Susan (Ronnie) Tarr of Yorkville, three grandchildren Amanda Nest of Tiltonsville, Emily (Michael) Hayman of Yorkville, Aiden Tarr (Paige Cuiksa) of Yorkville, and one great granddaughter Evelyn Hayman, two sisters Patti (Chuck) Stewart of Bloomingdale, and Lori Frye of Tiltonsville, many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.  Friends will be received on Monday June 17 from 4 to 8 pm at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave Mingo Jct.
