Donna (Elliott) Hagerty, 75 of Steubenville, OH died March 16, 2016 at UPMC Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. She was born on October 21, 1940 to the late Harold M. and Ruth E (Kennedy) Elliott. Donna was a member of Eastern Star Women's club, and had graduated college with a degree in Historic Preservation. She was preceded in death by her husband Andrew J. Hagerty. She is survived by her daughter Laura E. (Chad Luzader) Hagerty of Steubenville. Donna's wish was to be cremated with no service observed. Schuetz Funeral Home is assiting the family.
