Denise Janine Shepherd

Denise Janine Shepherd, 65, of Steubenville, OH passed away on March 7, 2026 at home unexpectedly.  She was born on August 7, 1960 in Steubenville, OH  to the late John Henrey and Elise Marie (Merrit) Robinson. She is also preceded in death by John, Dennis "Butch", Sanford, Dale, Hue, Bill, Ronie, Johnny, Eugene, Clifford, Cleve, Raymond, Melvin, and Fred Robinson, Wanda Pain, Sheila Mason, Myrna Morelli, Virginia Crawford, and Brenda Faye Jenkins. 

  Denise was a 1979 graduate of Big Red High School and was a homemaker for most of her life.  She was the one to pull the family together, a great grandmother to her daughter in laws kids, She was the youngest of 21 kids.  She like to have a good time, she loved Pepsi, Music, little house of the prairie, very simple person that didn't want alot in life.  She leaves behind three children Billie (Loren) Robinson of Steubenville, Kenneth Shepherd of Bergholz, and Harry (Fiancée Mariah) Shepherd, four grandchildren C.J., Gemini, Kaycee, and Sarah, two siblings Hilda Beaty of Mingo Jct., and Fulton Reid Craig of N. Carolina.   Friends and family are invited to Union Cemetery 1720 Sunset Blvd, Steubenville, OH 43952 on March 13, 2026 at the Mausoleum Chapel from 11 am until time of services at 1 pm with Pastor Mark Carpino officiant.  Burial to follow next to her sister Brenda Faye Jenkins.  Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
