David Wayne Hupp, 60, of Martins Ferry, OH passed away on August 19, 2018 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born on May 31, 1958 to the late Lowell and Joyce (Shackleford) Hupp. He is survived by his wife Patricia Ann (Bedwell) Hupp and one step-daughter Beth Stafford of Martins Ferry. David will be cremated with no service observed. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
