David Martin Carsey, 69, of Steubenville, OH passed away on February 17, 2017. He was born on June 1, 1947 in Akron, OH to the late Floyd and Betty (Cox) Carsey. He is survived by one son David Carsey JR., two cousins Larry and Harry Carsey. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
