Clifford Dukey Shepherd Jr., 74, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on March 29, 2018. He was born in Butte, Montana on January 14, 1944 to the late Clifford D. and Mabel (Wright) Shepherd. Clifford worked for the City of Wheeling as an Animal Control Agent. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his wife Mary Lee (Mayne) Shepherd, and his mother in law Margaret Mayne. Clifford will be cremated and buried at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
