Charles Kenneth Reed, 55, of Wheeling, WV, passed away at OVMC on May 1, 2018. He was born on July 18, 1962 to the late Russell and Elsie (Danelson) Reed. He is survived by one sister Judy Reed and one daughter Kayla Ewing. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
