Cathy Jo Romine, 65, of Martins Ferry, OH died on July 5, 2017 at EORH. She was born on May 27, 1952 in Martins Ferry, OH. She was preceded in death by her mother Elsie Allen. She is survived by her five children Stacy (Eric) Ritchie of Scott Depot, WV, Daneen Schrader of Martins Ferry, Michael Piko of Martins Ferry Larry French Jr. of Columbus, and Cassie Duguay-Piko. 12 grand children and five great grand children. Cathy was cremated with memorial service celebrated at the Martins Ferry Rec Center.
