Carolyn "Carole" Ann Roe

Carolyn "Carole" Ann Roe, 83, of Mingo Jct., OH left this world for her heavenly home after a courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma Cancer on September 13, 2026 at Trinity West Hospital.

Carole was born on May 16, 1943 to the late George and Margaret (Bennington) Jackson. She is also preceded in death by her siblings Cathy Jane Van Voltenburg, Sharon LeMasters, Margaret Virtue, Shirley Westfall, Dorothy Dopudja, Bill Jackson, Butch Jackson, Bud Jackson, and Jim Jackson.

Carole had an extremely loving personality, a very great sense of humor, "Chad said she was a "Smother Mother", had the best hands down Peanut Butter Fudge. Carole sang in a family gospel group, The Believers.  Her daughter and son, Tammy & Chad, were the apple of her eye.

She leaves behind after 29 years of marriage, her beloved husband, Doc Roe Sr., children Tammy (Rob) Jenkins of Grove City, OH, Chad Mason of Steubenville, Doc Roe Jr. (Amy) of Mingo Jct., Jody (Mark) Clark of Wintersville, eight grandchildren Timmy and Matt Jenkins, Zeke and Cru Roe, Marki (Dylan) Forrester, Miah, Carson, Jace Clark, two great grandchildren Bella & Anthony Forrester, siblings Jack (Linda) Jackson of Brilliant, Lawrence Wayne Jackson of Steubenville, Judy (Randy) Krantz of Wintersville. 

Friends and family will be welcomed at the Schuetz Funeral Home 235 Clifton Ave Mingo Jct., OH on Friday September 18, 2026 from 10 am until time of service at 12 noon with Rev. Bobby Allen Westfall. Burial to follow at New Alexandra Cemetery.
