Carol A. Shoulders

Carol A. Shoulders, 65, of Bellaire, OH passed away on June 23, 2023 at Country Club Retirement in Bellaire, OH. She was born on December 16, 1957 to the late Roy and Pearl Lillian (Cook) Shoulders.  She is also preceded in death by four brothers Lee R., Donald A, David J., and Ronald W., Shoulders.  She is survived by four siblings Paul (Mary Bolner) Shoulders of Follansbee, Thomas C. Shoulders of Dillonvale, Jane (Eddie) Battle of Mt. Pleasant  and Darlene (David) Workman of Flemington, WV.  A celebration of Life service will take place at Rush Run Community Chapel 1983 County Road 17 Rayland, Ohio 43943 on July 8, at 1 pm.    Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
