Carol Jean (Paulette) Frey, 71 of Steubenville, OH (Formally of Mingo Jct.,) passed away on August 7, 2020 at Allegheny General Hospital.
She was born May 18, 1949 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Philip and "Minnie" (DeLoretta) Paulette.
Carol Retired from the Indian Creek School District as a Secretary.
Surviving are two children, Ryan Frey, of PA, Tiffany Frey of Wintersville OH; one brother Philip J. Paulette of Steubenville, OH; one sister, Kathy Paulette of Steubenville, OH; two grandchildren, Jacob Buck of PA, Avery Brown of Wintersville, and one nephew Justin Paulette of S. Korea.
Friends will be received at the Schuetz Funeral Home, 235 Clifton Ave., Mingo Junction on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville
On Tuesday there will be a Vigil service at 7:00 p.m.
