Brenda Faye Jenkins, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2025, at the Valley Hospice Care Center North. Born on January 22, 1955, in Steubenville, Ohio, Brenda was a shining light in the lives of those who knew her, leaving behind a legacy of love, honesty, and generosity.

Throughout her remarkable career of over 20 years at Harold Star in the Mail Room, Brenda garnered a reputation for her unwavering dedication and admirable work ethic. Her colleagues admired her spitfire personality, which shone brightly in both her professional and personal life. Brenda was known not only for her hard work but also for her kind spirit and the warmth she shared with others.

Brenda cherished her family profoundly. She is survived by her son Melvin (Melanie Keiski) Robinson of Steubenville, alongside her two grandchildren, Johnathan Robinson and Ethan Robinson, and her great granddaughter, Aria. She took immense pride in her family, always generous with her time and love, creating countless cherished memories around playing cards, dancing, and enjoying lively gatherings filled with laughter and joy.

In addition to her children and grandchildren, Brenda is survived by her siblings: Hilda Beaty of Mingo Junction, Denise Shepard of Steubenville, and Fulton Reid Craig of North Carolina. Each relationship held a special place in her heart, as she was known for her honesty and encouragement, traits that endeared her to everyone around her.

Brenda also remembers those who have predeceased her — a tapestry of family and friends that shaped her life. Among them are her beloved siblings John, Dennis "Butch," Sanford, Dale, Hue, Bill, Ronnie, Johnny, Eugene, Clifford, Cleve, Raymond, Melvin, and Fred Robinson, as well as dear friends Wanda Pain, Sheila Mason, Myrna Morelli, and Virginia Crawford. Their memories live on in the stories and shared moments that Brenda treasured.

Friends and loved ones are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Union Cemetery in Steubenville on Wednesday September 3, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a heartfelt funeral service at 1:00 PM. Brenda's spirit will forever remain in our hearts, a testament to the love she shared and the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her.
